Banker → Client

After a discovery conversation, the banker submits to the application:

  • Client's name
  • Company name
  • Email address

The application automatically generates an email to the client with a secure, tokenized link to the 1+1 Growth & Value Diagnostic, and CCs the RBC banker and 1+1 consultant.

Completion + Scheduling

Client → 1+1

At the end of the questionnaire, the client is prompted to book a 60-minute Teams interview with a 1+1 expert within the next 5 business days.

Expert Interview + Evidence Capture

1+1 Expert

During the Teams meeting, the 1+1 expert:

  • Validates questionnaire responses
  • Adds context and captures operational details
  • Meeting transcript is securely uploaded into the application

The application generates a draft report aligned to responses + interview evidence.

Quality Control + Alignment

Banker + 1+1

Within 24 hours of the interview, the banker and 1+1 lead receive:

  • The draft report
  • A short internal summary of key findings and recommended next steps
  • A meeting invite to review, approve, and align messaging before client delivery

Client Delivery

Banker → Client

Within 48 hours of the Teams interview, the banker sends the client the approved, co-branded 6–8 page PDF report with:

  • Top 3 value levers
  • Key risks and constraints
  • Practical "next 30–90 days" action plan
  • Clear decision pathway: optimize organically vs accelerate via disciplined M&A vs partner through the co-entrepreneur model

Activation Event

Banker-led working lunch

In the same email, the client is invited to a working lunch at the RBC PVM Private Salons with the banker and up to three 1+1 experts to:

  • Answer questions on the report
  • Clarify objectives, constraints, and timing
  • Stress-test options and fit (including co-entrepreneurship where appropriate)

The client schedules via a single "Book the working lunch" button.

Post-Meeting Follow-Through

Banker + 1+1 → Client

Within 24 hours after the lunch, the client receives:

  • A one-page meeting summary
  • Confirmed action items, owners, and dates
  • Participant contact details
  • A short 3-question feedback survey

The client is thanked and informed of the next step (if any).
